Payback and Refund Policy

Hello! Payment and return policies for cosmetic products in Turkey are subject to certain legal regulations to protect consumer rights. Here are some important points:

Right of withdrawal

Consumers can return the purchased product within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

Return conditions

Products to be returned must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused. Returns of cosmetic products that are not suitable for health and hygiene reasons are not possible.

Product delivery

The purchased product must be delivered to the address specified by the buyer within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within the delivery period, the buyer can terminate the contract.

Refund

The price of the returned product must be refunded to the consumer within 14 days from the date the right of withdrawal is exercised.

Credit card usage

In case of unauthorized use of the credit card, if the product price is not paid to the seller, the consumer must return the product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@seventeenkozmetik.com and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@seventeenkozmetik.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
